AUTOMATIONS: No-Code Automation Templates

What is a No-Code Automation Template?

An Automation Template is a pre-configured set of Automations you can create. Instead of having to recreate each Automation, you can simply insert the Template instead.

How do I create an Automation Template?

In an area of the Platform where Automations are available, click the Configure Automations button.

A modal will appear in which you can build your Automation chain.

Click the plus icon to choose an Automation from the list, and configure the chain as you would like.

Once you have your chain configured, click the  Save & Create Template icon to save the chain as an Automation Template.

A field will appear in the form of an Automation block, in which you will be required to give the Automation Template a Title.

If you change your mind on this step, you can simply click the "-" icon to cancel. The current chain will remain intact.

Click Save & Create Template again to save the Template. Now it will be available for you to choose anytime you are creating an Automation chain.

To Delete an Automation Template, select the Automation Template from the dropdown menu at the top of the modal and click the  Delete button beside the dropdown menu.

How do I use an Automation Template?

You can apply an Automation Template in one of two ways.

In an area of the Platform where Automations are available, click the +Configure Automations button. You can then select the Automation Template from the dropdown menu at the top of the modal.

Applying an Automation Template will NOT overwrite or remove any Automations you have already added.

You can also apply an Automation Template directly from the CRM Dashboard of a Contact.

Navigate to CRM > Contacts, and click on the Contact you would like to trigger an Automation Template for.

In the Available Automations section, click Trigger Automations Template.

You can then select an existing Automation Template from the dropdown menu.

IMPORTANT: If you try to load an Automation Template with an Automation that is unavailable for that part of the platform, it will only load the available Automations.
