PROJECTS: Project Notes
What are Project Notes?
Project Notes can hold specific information related to the Project, including personal/private/public notes, formal documentation, research notes, and meeting notes.
How do I access Project Notes?
To access Project Notes, navigate to Projects > Projects.
Click on the Project you would like to view/add Notes to, then click the Notes tab in the top navigation bar.
Here you will see a list of Notes that have been saved. Clicking on a Note will open a panel to the right where you can view the Note and add/view Comments.
How do I add a New Note?
To access Project Notes, navigate to Projects > Projects.
Click on the Project you would like to add Notes to, then click the Notes tab in the top navigation bar.
Click on Add Note.
Add your Details to the note and click Add to publish the Note. If you are not ready to publish the Note, you can click Save Draft to finish the Note at a later time.
Title: The Title of the Note.
Note: The body of the Note.
Visibility: The privacy and visibility of the Note. You can choose from Private (only visible by you), Public (visible to everyone in the Project), or Shared with... (visible to you and only the Staff/Contacts you select).
Note Date: The date the Note is dated. This date can be in the past or the future.
How do I add a Comment to a Note?
To access Project Notes, navigate to Projects > Projects.
Click on the Project you would like to view/add Notes to and comment, then click the Notes tab in the top navigation bar.
Here you will see a list of Notes that have been saved. Clicking on a Note will open a panel to the right where you can view the Note and add Comments.
Type your comment in the text box and click Add Comment.
Your comment will now be visible to whoever has access to the Note.
