Quick Find/Search Widget

What is the Quick Find Widget?

The Quick Find Widget enables you to quickly search for a CRM Contact/Company or a Project. Once your results are displayed you can use quick action icons to complete a variety of actions.

How do I use the Quick Find Widget?

Your Quick Find Widget is located at the bottom of each page.

Click the looking glass icon to open up the Finder window, alternatively just click the letter 'F' on your keyboard to open up the same Finder window.

You can now type the name of the target in the search bar and it will search All Targets (CRM Companies and Contacts, Projects and Staff) for a match.

Alternatively, you can click the down arrow and choose the area that you would like to search.

What do the action icons do?

CRM Companies and Contacts have the following icons/options.

Edit Profile - Pencil icon

Send Message - Envelope Icon

Impersonate - Masquerade Mask icon 

Go to CRM Dashboard - Arrow icon

Please note, if you have a Primary Contact who has the 'Prevent this Primary Contact from switching into Individual Mode' toggle turned on, you will see the Edit the Profile icon and the Go to CRM Dashboard icon.

Projects will show the following icons/options.

Add Task to the Project - the + Symbol icon.

Add Timer to the Project - Clock icon.

Edit Project - Pencil icon.

Go to Project - Arrow icon.

Staff will show the following icons/options.

Impersonate - Masquerade Mask icon.

Go to Staff Profile - Arrow icon.
