What is the QR Code Manager?

The QR Code Manager is a dedicated section where you can create, manage, style, and re-point QR codes for any URL. Unlike the QR codes you could previously generate only from inside a specific Form, Landing Page, Public Page, or LMS page, these codes can point anywhere, inside or outside your Portal, and live in one manageable library.

Every code is dynamic. The image encodes a stable link that redirects to your chosen destination, which means you can change where a code points at any time, even after it has been printed, without ever reprinting it. New codes are automatically styled with your account's brand look.

IMPORTANT: The QR Codes section requires branding access on your account.

What Is this Feature used for?

You can use QR Codes anywhere you need to bridge something physical or offline with a digital destination. They work well for both internal teams and external audiences, and help keep every code organised in one place.

How do I create a QR code?

Open the QR Codes section and go to the My Codes tab. Add a new code, give it a label, and enter the destination URL you want it to point to. That is all that is needed. SuiteDash instantly generates an on-brand code, with no separate styling step.

TIP: A destination can be any http or https web address, including pages outside your Portal.

How do I re-point a QR code without reprinting?

Because codes are dynamic, you can change a code's destination at any time. Edit the code, update the destination URL, and save. The image itself does not change, so any printed or distributed copies keep working and simply lead to the new target.

Every re-point is recorded, so there is a clear history of who changed a code's destination and when.

How do I download a QR code?

Each code can be downloaded print-ready in two formats: a PNG (raster image) and an SVG (vector image that scales to any size without losing quality). Both reflect the code's current look.

How do I manage my QR codes?

The My Codes tab is a searchable library of all your codes, showing each code's label, destination, a preview, and whether it is active or disabled.

How do I set my default QR style?

The Settings tab holds your account's QR styling. This is now the single source for your QR look. It sets the default style for new codes and also drives the QR codes generated from your Forms, Landing Pages, Public Pages, and LMS pages, all from one place.
