CRM: Event Templates
What is an Event Template?
An Event Template is a pre-configured set of Events you can create. This allows you to quickly assign a set of Events while creating a new Contact.
How do I create an Event Template?
Navigate to CRM > Events.
Click Event Templates in the top navigation menu bar, and click the +Add Event Template button.
Give your Event Template a Title, then click the Add button.
You will then be redirected to that Event Template's details page. This is where you can begin creating the Events that will be assigned when the Event Template is triggered.
Click the +Add Event to Template button. This button will be named with the title you named the Template.
A modal will appear with fields to fill out.
These fields are very similar to creating a normal Event, with a few differences.

Schedule This: Instead of selecting a static date, you can specify how many days or weeks afterwards you would like to schedule the Event once the Event Template has been triggered.
Schedule Time: Choose a time of day, and use the dropdown menu to select either the Contact's Time Zone or choose a static one from the list.
Where can I assign Event Templates?
You can assign an Event Template while manually creating a new Contact, or with an Intake Form.
Manually Add Contact
Navigate to CRM > Contacts, and click the +Add Contact button.

This option will appear regardless of the selected Role.
CRM Intake Form
Navigate to Forms and click the +Create Form button. When prompted, select CRM Intake Form.

The dropdown menu will appear when you set the Role as a Prospect or Client.
