What are Form Field Choice Actions?

Form Field Choice Actions empowers you to create highly personalized client journeys based on their specific responses within your Forms. With ongoing development and user-driven refinements, the possibilities for this powerful feature are truly limitless.

Form Field Choice Actions are available for Radio Button, Checkbox, and Dropdown Selection Custom Fields. The Form Field Choice Actions can be added to the Custom Field directly on Kickoff, Update, or Support Ticket Form. The Custom Fields can be already created in the portal or be created on the fly within the Form itself to qualify for Form Field Choice Actions.

How do I Add Form Field Choice Actions?

To configure Form Field Choice Actions, you will first want to add a Custom Field with selection options to a Form.

You will then click on the field to open the options for the field. 

In the options you should see the Selection Actions section to configure your Form Field Choice Actions.

Click on the  to set what happens when the Target selects this option.

Set the Circle(s) that the Target will be Added To or Removed From and click Save.

Now when the Target makes this specific selection while filling out the Form, they will be added to or removed from these Circles.
