Email Logs

What are Email Logs?

All transactional emails and emails sent via Auto-Templates are saved to an email log.  You can look at the emails in a log for each CRM Company or CRM Contact or you can view a log that shows all emails.


How do I view emails for a specific CRM Company or CRM Contact?

In order to view a specific Company or Contact's emails, go to their CRM Dashboard i.e. CRM>Company or CRM>Contacts.

Once on the CRM Dashboard, click Logs in the top navigation menu bar and the select Email Logs

This will show a log of the date/time, Subject, and Message for all emails sent to this Contact or Company.  

Status: Each email will show as Sent or Failed.

Sent Date: This will show the date and time of the email.

Subject: The email subject line will be visible from the log.

Options: Click the three dots if you would like to see the message or resend the email.

If you click to ' See Message' you can see the full content of the email.

If you click to 'Resend Email' you will then be asked to confirm the resending of the email.


How do I view all emails sent from the platform?

To view all emails click Flyout>Activity Stream

The Activity Stream is a time-stamped log of events, emails, and logins that have occurred within the platform however the Activity Stream is not accessible by Contacts,Companies or Freelancers.

Click Email from the top navigational menu bar. Here you can see a record of every email notification that has gone out to users on the platform. 

You can now click the three dot options menu to see the message or to resend the email.
