Content Block: Stacks
What is a Stack?
A Stack is a reusable group of blocks that can be added to Pages, Lessons, Funnels, Proposals, Documents, and more.
Stacks allow you to create content once and reuse it throughout your platform. When you update a Stack, those changes automatically apply everywhere the Stack is used. This helps maintain consistency, save time, and simplify content management.
Stacks are added to Content Block Editors, which allows you to create and style content without coding. Instead of manually recreating layouts, you simply add and arrange blocks.
Who can use Stacks?
The Stacks menu itself does not have direct role-based permissions. Instead, access depends on permissions related to the user's permission and the subscription level.
For example:
- If a user has access to Portal Pages, they will automatically have access to Portal Page Stacks.
- If you have access to LMS in your subscription and you can access LMS as a user, you will automatically have access to LMS Stacks.
- General Stacks are available to add anywhere.
- Campaign Stacks depend on what the user role is permitted to see Marketing.
Stacks are available for the following pages:
- General Stacks
- Portal Pages
- Dashboards
- Landing Pages
- Profile Pages
- Documents
- Proposals
- Campaigns
- Lessions (LMS)
- Sales Funnels (LMS)
Where to find Stacks?
To access the Stack feature, navigate to C ontent > Stacks.

You will see a list of existing stacks and the ability to create new ones.

Creating a Stack
If you are creating a new Stack, click the +ADD STACK button and select the appropriate Stack type.

You will first be presented with the settings window where you need to add:
- You Stack Title.
- (If using the WORLDs Power-Up) Select which WORLD(s) the Stack should be assigned to

Once saved, you can begin building your Stack.

Stacks are built exactly the same way as Pages using the Content Block Editor.
CLICK HERE to learn about the Content Block Editor.
Please note that the blocks available to you will depend on the selected Stack Type. For example, the General Stack option includes a more limited set of blocks, as these are the standard blocks that can be used within the Content Block Editors throughout the platform.
Important: If you apply Access Options (such as limiting visibility) to a block within the Stack, those settings cannot be changed from the page where the Stack is added. They must be modified within the Stack editor itself.

CLICK HERE to learn about Block Types.
Once you have your blocks you have the additional option of adding Custom CSS or Custom jS by clicking the Styling icon on the right. Additional styling options may become available once the Stack is added to a Content Block Editor.

When finished, click Save. Your Stack will now be available within the appropriate toolkit.
How to add a Stack to a Content Block Editor
