Changing your Primary Payment Method

What is my Primary Payment Method?

Your Primary Payment Method is the credit card that our payment process keeps on file. This card is charged for your monthly or yearly account subscription, including any Power-Ups that you may have.

When you initially upgrade your account from a Free Trial, the credit card information that you provide will automatically be your Primary Payment Method. You can then update your information at any time.


How do I change my Primary Payment method?

Navigate to Flyout Menu > Manage Account.

In the Billing Overview section, click Change for Payment Method.

You'll be directed to a checkout screen in which you can input your credit card information and billing address, just as you did when you initially upgraded your account.

You can also change your additional Invoice Details by clicking Edit.

A modal will appear in which you can change your Company Name, Address, Service Description, and VAT if applicable.
