What is a Service Subscription?

A  Service Subscription is a paid subscription for an "a la carte" service that you can add to an existing Plan for an additional monthly fee.

In cases where a provided service carries an additional cost, we operate on a "No Profit" business model, which means we do our best to pass those costs to you without any added markup - at our costs. This business model saves you money because you only need to pay for what you use, and because we are not marking up the services, you are unlikely to find an equivalent service for less somewhere else. This approach is preferable for you because if we tried to "include" the services in our standard pricing, we would need to "overcharge" every customer in order to make sure that our costs are covered, and each customer would pay the same, even if they barely used that functionality.

You can easily add a Service Subscription from your Manage Account menu. Available only after your paid upgrade.

DELIVERABILITY Subscription

You can purchase this Service Subscription for the Marketing Toolkit. The price is a recurring $20 per month.

The Deliverability Subscription gives you a hassle-free way to send Email and Drip Campaigns via Email Marketing.

Your Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns will be sent via a dedicated sending channel that is monitored and validated by ISPs and ESPs, which gives your messages the best chance of landing in the Inbox, and not the Spam box. We monitor everything behind the scenes & confirm within 24 hours that you are ready to start sending Marketing & Drip Campaigns. Drip Campaigns available only in Thrive & Pinnacle.

Once you click  Add Subscription, a request will be sent to us to activate your sending capabilities. You will not be charged until it is approved (typically within two business days). Once approved, you will receive a notification email and you will be all set!

IMPORTANT: If the 10k/month threshold is reached, you will be billed an additional $15.00 for every 10,000 emails sent that month beyond the initial allowance.

HOSTED VIDEO Subscription

Our subscription-based HOSTED VIDEO Service operates on a “No Profit” pricing model. In cases where a provided service carries an additional cost, we do our best to pass those costs to you without any added markup - at our costs. This business model saves you money because you only need to pay for what you use. This approach is preferable for you because the alternative is that we would need to "overcharge" every customer in order to make sure that our costs are covered, and each customer would pay the same, even if they barely used that functionality. Upload and stream your videos directly across LMS Lessons, Dashboards, Landing Pages, Announcements, and more!

• 1,000 minutes of storage + 3,000 minutes of streaming
• Overages (Storage) > $1.00 per 100 minutes
• Overages (Streaming) > $1.00 per 100 minutes

IMPORTANT: Overages are deducted from your PortalBank balance. If you reach your Subscription limits and don't have a PortalBank balance to cover the Overages, your videos will not be streamed until you reach the Usage Reset date shown in Manage Account > HOSTED VIDEO Service.
