What is a Deal?

A Deal is a mechanism to help you track income opportunities in your business.

How do I create a new Deal?

If you would like to create a new Deal, this can be done by navigating to the main dashboard at CRM > Deals, and clicking the + button.

From here, you will be able to create a new Deal by filling out the corresponding fields. Among the required fields are assigning the Deal to a Contact or Company, filling in the Deal’s name, due date, and description, and setting who can view the Deal in the Visibility Options. 

Additionally, the Deal can optionally be assigned to a category, as well as have “Bid” options set for it. These Bid options are a way for you to assign a monetary value to the Deal, along with the type of Bid (such as one-time or “fixed”, per year, etc). When everything is set the way you desire, just click “Add” to save the Deal.
