FLOW Steps Breakdown

Understanding every FLOW Step

FLOWs are automated sequences you can build with Steps.

Each Step acts as a different "page" within the FLOW, and each has its own unique function.

All Steps have the ability to add custom content, in which you can add with a standard WYSIWYG editor. You can also add Placeholders by clicking the {x} icon.

Click Edit content for user to Read & eSign to configure the contents of the Step page, which will appear above the signing area. A modal with a standard WYSIWYG editor will appear.

Custom Confirmation Message: This is the message that will appear above the Name field and the Signature Pad.

IMPORTANT: The {{ signatureText }} Placeholder automatically fills in when the Contact types in their name. If you do not include this Placeholder, their name will not appear within this message.

The Contact can either type their name first, which automatically fills the Signature Pad. Or, they can sign the Signature Pad, and type their name separately.
