FLOW Steps Breakdown

Understanding every FLOW Step

FLOWs are automated sequences you can build with FLOW Steps.

Each FLOW Step acts as a different "page" within the FLOW and each has its own unique function.

All Steps have the ability to add custom content which you can add with a standard WYSIWYG editor. You can also add Placeholders by clicking the {x} icon.

You can add a FLOW Step and create them as compulsory Steps or optional Steps.  To make any Step optional, simply toggle the button to 'Allow this Step to be skipped'.

IMPORTANT: When a Step is skipped, the Step will be considered "complete" and any configured Automations for that Step will be fired.

You can select any combination from the following FLOW Steps;

This Step will create a page with an  eSign Signature Pad

Click Edit content for user to Read & eSign to configure the contents of the Step page, which will appear above the signing area. A modal with a standard WYSIWYG editor will appear.
