What is the Urgent Notification Bar?

The Urgent Notification Bar is a prominent banner which appears at the top of the Platform and serves as a constant reminder to the target that something crucial requires their attention.

By keeping these reminders visible at all times, the UNB guarantees that your Targets won’t miss or overlook key assignments. The Urgent Notification Bar can be used to notify the Target when FLOWs need to be completed, Documents are available for signing, Proposals need actioning and Files need to be uploaded via a File Request.

What does the Target see?

The Banner will appear at the top of the Proposal with the words NEEDS ATTENTION so it is clear to the Target they need to action your requests.

When clicking the down arrow the Target can see what assignments need attention.

The Target can then click the corresponding arrow to go to the FLOW, Document, Proposal or File Request to action it.

How to Hide or Show assignments in the Notification Bar

Documents

When creating a Document Generator, you have the option to hide the Document from the Notification Bar.  If this option is un-toggled, the Urgent Notification will be added to the Notification Bar when the Document is generated.

If you are creating a new Document, you can change this setting prior to sending the Document.

Proposals

When creating a Proposal, you have the option to hide the Proposal from the Notification Bar.  If this option is un-toggled, the Urgent Notification will be added to the Notification Bar when the Proposal is finalized/activated.

On-Demand FLOWs

When creating an On-Demand FLOW, you have the option to hide the FLOW from the Urgent Notification Bar.  If this option is un-toggled, the Urgent Notification will be added to the Notification bar when the FLOW is assigned.

When creating a File Request, you have the option to hide the Request from the Notification Bar.  If this option is un-toggled, the Urgent Notification will be added to the Notification Bar when the File Request is sent.
