System Templates
What are System Templates?
System Templates are pre-created templates that have be designed to provide a quick start option for when you are creating your pages. Each area has Four templates to choose from.
System Templates are available for:
- Dashboards
- Portal Pages
- Landing Pages
Additional types of templates will be added in the future.
Where do I find the System Templates?
Dashboards, Portal Pages and Landing Pages are all created by going to Content in the side menu and selecting the relevant page type.

Dashboard System Templates
Go to Content>Dashboards and click the 'Explore Templates' button.

Portal Page System Templates
Go to Content>Portal Page and click the 'Explore Templates' button.

Landing Page System Templates
Go to Content>Portal Page and click the 'Explore Templates' button.

Once you have clicked the 'Expore Templates' button, you will be directed to the System Templates which contains your Four template options that are relevant for the page type.

Click the Template image to view the Template.

Combined Style: This is a preview that includes all the Custom CSS that is attached to the template PLUS the Custom CSS that is currently active in your Platform Branding settings.
Template Style: This is a preview that includes ONLY the Custom CSS that is attached to the Template.
If you don't want to use the Template you can click the back arrow to return to the previous page.
How do I download a Template?
When you are ready to use a Template, click the 'Use this template now' button.
A popup window will appear so you can confirm your choice. Click 'Submit' to confirm.

You will then be taken to back to your page type where the new template has been added.

Click the Options menu and click Edit to start customizing your page.

Once inside of the page, you can edit the page by deleting what you don't want and/or adding additional content by adding new blocks.
