How do I customize Invoices?

Invoice Settings give you options related to how Invoices are published, notifications and alerts when Clients view an Invoice.

You can find the  Invoice Settings by navigating to Billing > Settings > Invoice Settings.

Logo

You can set a logo to appear on your Invoices. Click the Select File button to upload an image. You can also drag and drop the image onto the perforated space.

Appearance

You can designate the currency for your Invoices, the prefix, and the number of digits that will show. You can also choose to hide the Currency Letter Code from your Invoices.

If you don't see your currency, in the list, you can easily add your currency from  Flyout Menu > Currencies.

Email Notifications

You can choose to send Invoices to your account for Review if they are in Draft status. You can also choose how many days in advance to send an Invoice reminder.

Other Info

Customize what content will appear on your Invoices. For the notification email that is sent to the Client, you can choose to attach the PDF of the Invoice.

If you want your Invoice to be billed to a Company rather than a Client/Prospect, you can specify that here.

View Invoice Notification

You have the option to set Staff Member(s) to receive a notification when a Client views an Invoice.


How do I customize my Estimates?

Estimate Settings give you options related to how Estimates are published, notifications and alerts when Clients view an Estimate.

You can find the  Estimate Settings by navigating to Billing > Settings > Estimate Settings.

Logo

You can set a logo to appear on your Estimates. Click the  Select File button to upload an image. You can also drag and drop the image onto the perforated space.

Appearance

You can choose the currency your Estimate appears in, the prefix, and the number of digits that will show. You can also choose to hide the Currency Letter Code from your Estimates.

You can also choose how many days in advance to send an Estimate reminder before it expires.

How do I customize my Contracts?

Contract Settings give you the option to choose a logo to appear on generated Contracts.

You can find the  Contract Settings by navigating to Billing > Settings > Contract Settings.

You can set a logo to appear on your Contracts. Click the  Select File button to upload an image. You can also drag and drop the image onto the perforated space.

Notification Settings

You have the option to set Staff Member(s) to receive a notification when a Client completes the signing of a Contract.
