What is a Quiz?
A Quiz is a collection of questions with a passing score. You build it from your Questions library, publish it, and then either assign it to Contacts and Staff or attach it to a public Quiz Form. This article covers building a quiz, its settings, and assigning it.

How do I create a quiz?
In the Quizzes area, create a quiz and add questions from your library. Give it a title and description, place it in a category, and set a passing score so each result is marked passed or not.
A quiz stays a Draft until you Publish it. Only a published quiz can be assigned or attached to a Quiz Form, and validation runs at publish time, so you can save an unfinished draft freely.
IMPORTANT: After a quiz is published, its questions are locked so results stay consistent. You can still edit the quiz's title, category, and description. To change the questions, work on a draft. Deleting a published quiz removes it from use and resets any in-progress assignments.
What quiz settings can I control?
Each quiz has display settings that control what the taker sees when they finish, such as whether the score and the pass or fail result are shown. Turning the score display off hides the pass/fail result as well, so you can keep a quiz's outcome private when you want to.
TIP: When a quiz is used inside a Quiz Form, the visitor never sees a raw score at all. You control what they see with your own welcome and outcome copy on the form.
How do I assign a quiz?
Assign a published quiz to individual Contacts or Staff. You can start an assignment from the CRM contact view, the contact's action menu, or the Staff list. Each assigned person takes the quiz from their Portal after signing in.
You can also assign a Quiz to a user via Automations configured in various places in the portal.
Where do I see who was assigned and how they did?
The quiz's Members & Results roster lists everyone assigned, each person's score, whether they passed, and a link to review their individual answers. If someone has not finished, their row shows that they are still in progress.
IMPORTANT: What you can do with a quiz depends on your permissions. Assigning members and viewing the Members & Results roster are tied together, so anyone who can assign can also see results.
